  12. Here's another comment about Final Writer 4...exactly which settings
  13. do the various boxes on the Project/Preferences/"Save" tab control?
  14. It's rather confusing.  Some of them refer to whole Preference
  15. requesters, some to several Preference tabs, some to one specific
  16. tab, one to the "Section" requester, and one to nothing tangible at
  17. all.  This is what I've figured so far:

  20. Menu ------> User/Preferences ?
  21. Buttons ---> View/Preferences/"Buttons"
  22. View ------> everything else in View/Preferences ???
  23. Ascii -----> Project/Preferences/"ASCII"
  24. Tools -----> Tools/Preferences
  25. General ---> Project/Preferences/"General" ?
  26. Colors ----> Project Preferences/"Colors"
  27. Section ---> Layout/Section

  29. And which of these boxes controls the page dimensions?  I don't like
  30. saving more information than I need to, and have most of the boxed
  31. turned off.  But this morning I was printing a cassette sleeve and
  32. noticed that the custom page size wasn't being saved with the document.
  33. I was in a hurry, and since there is no "Page" box, I gave up and
  34. turned them all back on.  Is there a mini-faq on this anywhere?
